RESPECTFUL
Follow the teacher’s instructions.
Tell the truth.
Be an excellent listener. Show respect to every student and every adult.
Be kind. Use words that compliment, help, and support people. Speak honestly and appropriately.
Settle differences peacefully, together.
Keep our room clean. Take care of the school, your belongings and the belongings of others.
Raise your hand and wait to be recognized before speaking.
Use a three-inch voice to allow others to focus. Work silently on individual assignments.
SAFE
Follow the teacher’s instructions.
Always be where you’re supposed to be.
Respect other people’s personal space.
Never throw objects in the classroom.
Use equipment and furniture appropriately.
Know emergency procedures, and be prepared to help others.
RESPONSIBLE
Follow the teacher’s instructions.
Work Hard: Always try to perform better than you did yesterday.
Put materials back where they belong.
Have materials out and ready to use in a timely manner.
Turn work in on time. If you’ve been absent, please ask for your missing work and complete it by the next day.
Do your own work. If you don’t understand something, please ask myself or a classmate but copying someone else’s work is not going to help you in the long run and is not acceptable.
